One of the reasons is due to the fact that almost all issues in-game can be speculative from hearing only 1 side of the story.

I know the main point of this thread is not just dealing with CS but a bug that happened in-game which could not be resolved. That's very understandable on all ends but bugs to happen and we must ensure they are reported/resolved. On the other end, CS cannot do actions outside of policy. They must follow a very strict guideline in order to provide service to all players. The reason for this is because it is a game where character involvement is a huge factor in not making mistakes with them (i.e.: helping retrieve lost items that were never lost to begin with).

Speaking on the specific issue at hand. I will take a look into it with more detail with QA and CS. That way we can look at it from all angles.
